A little bio: Leaving my happy years at Walsh High School, I went to Ottumwa Heights College where I taught and was in administration until the college closed. After a sabbatical, I worked with adult religious education and then moved to the Humility of Mary Center, Davenport where I was on the staff as director of our associate and formation programs. During that time, I was also involved in developing the new ministries for our community: Humility of Mary Housing and Our Lady of the Prairie Retreat where I spent several years. Currently I volunteer at a local food pantry and work with our Center Liturgy committee while making time for enjoying community life and the surprises of each day.
