Leader: Liz Rog
This community sing is for people who “don’t sing” AND for people who do. It’s for those who want to deepen their sense of communion with others and their sacred respect and wonder in the face of all nature. We’ll sing easy-to-learn, playfully challenging songs that speak to critical themes — spiritual, environmental, social, interpersonal — in a way that brings joy, a sense of success and shared meaning.
Come, young, come old, come in-betweens of all ages! Whether you’re terrified to sing or you’re a confident singer, you’ll find joy and connection in this community singing circle where we’ll raise up short, easy-to-learn, playful songs that connect us to the seasons, our ancestors, our love of life, and each other. Family friendly event closing with an ice cream social.
$20 per person. Children 14 and under no charge. Adults can register on-line by clicking link above. If bringing children, call Sr. Rae at 563-336-8414 so we know how many to plan for.
